  2. Students will be able to explain what subsidies are and how they can contribute to uneven development patterns.
  3. Students will be able to draw connections between uneven development patterns and subsidy policy using specific real world examples, and will analyze data comparing the impact of subsidy policies across multiple localities, including their own.
