  2. Goal 2: Enhance Self-Awareness and Career Alignment: By comparing job requirements with their own skills, self-management traits, and knowledge areas students will deepen their self-awareness and better understand how their strengths and goals align with their career aspirations.
  3. Goal 3: Articulate the Value of a Sociology Degree:
    Students will gain confidence in communicating the broad, transferable skills and knowledge acquired through their sociology education. They will learn to effectively demonstrate the value of their degree to employers, nonprofit organizations, and community groups.
