1. Artwork and artist statement make a connection to one or more sociological concepts, theories, or theorists you learned about in the textbook and/or lecture.
2. Art & artist statement connect private problems and public issues applying sociological imagination.
3. In their article reviews students demonstrate more traditional research skills of evaluationg and applying research results to their chosen topic and are given the opportunity to learn ASA citation style.
