Students work cooperatively in research teams to analyze sexual assault on college campuses and make sense of this in their everyday lives. In this problem-based learning project, students conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, interpret empirical evidence, apply sociological concepts, formulate conclusions using scholarly research, integrate new knowledge with past course material, and evaluate policies. Through this project, students become part of the solution and are empowered to seek change in their own communities by bridging research and practice. ER -
