Students are introduced to the field with the introductory course, they learn the basic tools of the major in their methods and theory courses, they learn about the substantive knowledge of the discipline in the various substantive courses, and they bring their acquired knowledge and skills to the capstone course. As a result, the capstone course is a revisiting of the major, its core principles and concepts, its methods and theories, and its implications. ER -
