Abstract

Racism, Sexism, and Speciesism explores the history, ideologies, philosophies, and ethical issues of animal advocacy as part of, and as compared to, other social movements. Animal issues are examined in relation to global issues such as world trade, world hunger, population growth, and environmental sustainability.
